The small village of about 70 inhabitants belongs to the municipality of Bad Alexandersbad, the only mineral and mud spa in the Fichtelgebirge. From our local mountain, the K\u00f6sseine, you can see the Bavarian Forest, the Rh\u00f6n, the Thuringian Forest and the Ore Mountains in good weather. The view from our three holiday flats (on the 1st floor) and the three guest rooms (on the 1st and 2nd floor) also has its charm: from almost all of the accommodation units, which are allergy-friendly and furnished with solid wood furniture, you can watch the animals in the game enclosure. The answer to this question can be found on our certified organic farm, which we run on a full-time basis and whose roots go back to the 14th century. Our bison herd consists of 7 mother cows, their offspring and a breeding bull. They live on a 13-hectare grazing area adjacent to the farm. The bison share the game enclosure with our herd of 65 red deer.
