At the Kilians-Hof you can spend your holiday all year round. The basic price of the apartment is for 2 people. For each additional person, whether child or adult, a favorable price is set. The apartments can already be booked from one night.
For a relaxing holiday, our guests can pamper themselves with breakfast buffet, Franconian delicacies or home-baked cake.
If you do not feel like going on an excursion, you can book additional creative courses or cooking courses with us at the farm. Even a Lama hike is a popular highlight for the holiday.
The excellently renovated, cosy timbered farmhouse from 1855 offers an exceptional backdrop for your holiday. The farmhouse has been renovated and equipped by your hosts with great attention to detail, creativity and dedication. As a result, a special flair was achieved at the Kilians-Hof, which makes your holiday an enchanting experience.The lovingly built in Franconian style apartments captivate by the visible framework and the authentic features. You feel the same as in the good old days. Here you can enjoy the peace and comfort as then. The apartments will impress you with their comfort from May 2020, guests can enjoy a large pool.
Experience our star timbered farm in a sunny location on the edge of the historic village of Serrfeld with a view of the fortified church. Surrounded by the wooded hills of the Hassberge and the distant view of the Rhön, the ideal starting point for many excursions.
We at Kilians-Hof spoil you at one's own request with a delicious breakfast, or we cook for you also seasonal regional dishes with products from the region. Let it taste in our Kilians-Stüble with the homelike atmosphere of a farmhouse parlor. It is also wonderful to make a convivial celebration.
The lamas are the big adventure of your vacation. If you want you can treat yourself to a guided hike with the llamas. re-experience yourself and the animals. Or you cuddle with a lamabet at night.

Eure Ferienwohnung liegt auf der Sonnenseite des Hofes mit Blick in die Natur. Diese ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll in fränkischem Stil mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Mit den vielen kleinen Details fühlt man sich in die "gute alte Zeit" versetzt. Ergänzt mit zeitgemäßem Komfort ist die Wohnung Euer Wohlfühlparadies im Urlaub. Das Haus wurde 2017 neu saniert und entspricht heutigem Energiehausstand. Durch den Lehmbau haben wir ein besonders gutes Klima im Haus. Wir leisten unseren Beitrag zur Umwelt. Seit 2021 erzeugen wir unseren eigenen Strom um möglichst autark zu sein.

Nach Anreise könnt Ihr euch sofort in die weichen Kissen fallen lassen, die fertig bezogenen Betten laden zu einem entspannten Urlaubsbeginn ein. Auch für ein kuschelig weiches Handtuch und Duschtuch für jeden Gast ob groß oder klein ist gesorgt. Wir möchten Euch nichts vermissen lassen, die Spültücher in der Küche sind ebenfalls eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
