With your booking you automatically receive the Königscard for you and all family members free of charge. With this card you can use over 200 leisure activities throughout the Allgäu, Upper Bavaria and Tyrol free of charge.
For example, in Nesselwang you can take the cable car up the Alpspitze every day, visit the ABC leisure pool, hire e-bikes, play mini golf, go archery and much more, such as climbing, rafting, ice skating etc.
Our prices include all services of the Königscard as well as all costs of the apartment, such as final cleaning, bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, heating, energy costs, WLAN, parking, baby and toddler equipment, consumables, etc..
In addition, there is only the visitor's tax of Nesselwang (children up to 5 years are exempt, children from 6 - 15 years 1.00 EUR per day and adults 2.10 EUR per day).
As part of the Königscard, travel by train and bus in the region is also free of charge. The train station and bus stop are within walking distance.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a separate cleaning room for a fee, as are a vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.
Consumables such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, Zewa, etc. are available there and can be picked up at any time free of charge.

Der Bahnhof als auch die nächste Bushaltestelle liegen nur wenige Geh-Minuten vom Hof entfernt.

In unserem Hofladen finden Sie alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Direktvermarktung von Rind- und Schweinefleisch. Auf unseren Weiden befinden sich Jungtiere von den Fleischrassen Bayrisches Fleckvieh. Ebenfalls bieten wir Schweinefleisch von unseren Hausschweinen an, die nur Futter vom Hof, Haushalt und Garten erhalten. Unsere Wurst wird nach Hausmacherrezept hergestellt. Unsere Käsesorten beziehen wir aus der Sellthürner Käskuche, der BIO-Käserei Wiggensbach und der Schönegger Käsealm.

Die Ferienwohnung Gemütliches Stüble liegt im 1. Stock unseres Bauernhauses.
Die Wohnung hat eine modern eingerichtete Küche und ist gut ausgestattet (Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Eierkocher etc.).

Der kombinierte Wohn-/Essraum hat eine gemütliche Eckbank-Gruppe, ein schönes Sofa und SAT-TV. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett und ein Schrank. Das angrenzende Bad hat eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC.

Gerne können Sie mit 4 Personen anreisen. Gerne können Sie mit 4 Personen anreisen, dann erhalten Sie das liebevoll renovierte Allgäu-Zimmer (15 m²) mit Doppelbett und eigener Dusche/WC mit hinzu.
Das Zimmer liegt auf dem Gang gegenüber der Ferienwohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung "Gemütliches Stüble" hat keinen Balkon.

Our wonderful light-flooded holiday flat Kirchturmblick with a size of 70 m² is suitable for a family with 2 persons and up to 3 children. The flat is located in the modern outbuilding on the 1st floor with its own entrance and is modern and cosily furnished.

The flat has a large living/dining room, a bedroom and a cosy attic bunk for 3 children. The open-plan roof truss and panoramic windows make the living space feel very spacious. There is plenty of space on the two balconies (south and west-facing). From here you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the centre of Nesselwang with its beautiful church tower.

The large dining table with modern kitchenette, the large sofa corner, the cosy armchair, large flat screen with satellite TV and chests of drawers, floor lamps offer plenty of space and cosy spots for the whole family.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, hand mixer, hand blender, raclette and cooking utensils, beautiful crockery and glasses.

The solid wood bedroom has a large double bed and a large wardrobe. The children's bunk can be reached via a staircase with a rope, as it is located in the upper loft. Here your children have their own room with 3 mattresses for hiding, playing and sleeping.

The flat has a separate bathroom with daylight window, large walk-in shower, washbasin, WC, make-up mirror, towel heater, towels and underfloor heating.

Our newly renovated 4-room holiday flat on the 2nd floor of our farmhouse with three bedrooms and a size of 80 m² is suitable for a family of up to 6 people.

The bright flat is furnished with Allgäu farmhouse furniture. Despite the nearby thoroughfare, the flat is very quiet at night and the double-glazed windows offer additional noise protection. From the entrance hallway you have direct access to the eat-in kitchen, the three bedrooms and the bathroom with shower and WC. From the large eat-in kitchen with cosy dining area and from one bedroom you can access the large south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Alpspitze and the surrounding houses. In the kitchen there is a flat screen TV with SAT-HD/TV. There is also a flat screen in each of the two bedrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, sandwich maker, hand mixer, raclette and cooking utensils.
