Schön, dass Du da bist! Wir sind Kathi und Mane. Wir leben hier gemeinsam mit unseren drei Kindern und meinen Eltern und führen unseren Hof mit ganz viel Herz und Leidenschaft. Drei Generationen machen unseren Hof lebendig, gemütlich und zu einem Ort, an dem Kinder nach Herzenslust spielen, die Natur entdecken und einfach Kind sein dürfen.

Family Inclusions (Included in the rental price):
Fresh Purified Water & SodaStream: Sustainable and convenient! Each of our holiday apartments is equipped with a modern water purification system (filtered drinking water) and its own SodaStream. Fresh sparkling and still drinking water is available to you free of charge directly in your apartment at any time – completely eliminating the need to haul heavy crates of bottles.
Toddler Equipment: Upon request, we are happy to provide a complimentary basic set of toddler equipment for the duration of your stay (baby cot, high chair, bed guard). Please just let us know when making your booking.
Utilities & Amenities: Electricity, heating, water, and parking spaces directly at the farm are included in the final price.
Entertainment: Each apartment features a modern TV with HD channels for your free use.

On-Site Farm Shop: In our small farm shop, you can stock up on fresh, home-grown produce and regional delicacies for your daily needs around the clock (payment is made in cash or via an honor-system cash box on-site).
Laundry Service: You are welcome to bring your own bed linen and towels, or you can conveniently book them as a cost-effective laundry package (please refer to the pricing information of the respective apartment for details and rates).

Dry Storage Facilities: Free, lockable, and dry storage space is available for your bicycles, e-bikes, prams, or sports equipment.
Play at Your Own Risk: Our farm is situated in a beautiful, secluded, and traffic-calmed location, offering limitless freedom to run around and play. Parents are responsible for their children and must supervise them.
This is where we livein beautiful Chiemgau, in the Rosenheim district, right between Munich and Salzburg, in the idyllic town of Amerang. Our little hamlet is called Surau, and here you can enjoy complete peace and seclusion. No fences, no through traffic, just meadows, fields, and forestswe live here with respect for nature and our animals, and we run our farm with a lot of heart.
Stressed out by everyday life? Not enough time or space to breathe? Then its time for a little break! Here, you can play, run, and climb together as a family, get to know the animals, and discover what goes on around the farm. Just enjoy spending time together. A large fleet of go-karts, pedal tractors, and Bobby Cars is just waiting for you to try them out.
Right from the farm, you can go for wonderful bike rides, take walks, or enjoy nature. The Suranger Inn is just 3 km away, Amerang is about 6 km away, and the beautiful old town of Wasserburg am Inn is only 13 km awayperfect for a family outing.
While youll need a car, youll get to experience our peaceful, undisturbed country lifesurrounded by nature, with plenty of space for the kids

The "Abendrot" holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and offers 100 m² of generous space for a relaxing family holiday. The apartment faces south, allowing you to enjoy a magnificent, undisturbed view directly into nature. The heart of the apartment is the fireplace, which ensures a particularly cozy atmosphere on cooler days. The two bedrooms are ideally laid out: one is equipped with a comfortable double bed plus an additional single bed (100x200 cm), while the second features a comfortable double bed.
A special highlight is the spacious balcony. From here, as well as from the bedrooms, you can enjoy the wonderful evening atmosphere as the sun sets. The bathroom is a small oasis of well-being, featuring a bathtub and a walk-in, floor-level shower with a rain showerhead. To ensure you and your children enjoy a restful night's sleep at any time, all windows are fitted with blackout blinds.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Basic amenities include an electric stove, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hand mixer, as well as a SodaStream and a special water filtration system for osmosis and activated water.
Naturally, family-friendly extras such as a baby cot, high chair, bed rail, and changing mat are available for your use.
