Wir wohnen im Nebenhaus.
In unserem Bauernhof sind noch die Eltern Toni und Burgi Bauregger, die sich auch noch mit um unsere Gäste kümmern.

For children: play barn with trampoline, slides, swings, climbing wall, playroom, lots of vehicles, bicycles, petting animals, cows and calves, dwarf goats, and Shetland ponies.

Our organic farm offers a feel-good vacation for the whole family! You can truly relax and unwind in our exclusive sauna and relaxation room on a floating lounger or with a hay bag pack. A swimming pond, fitness room, table tennis, and our free rental bikes ensure that you can keep yourself healthy and fit! In addition, there are plenty of loungers and seating options available on our terrace, balcony, and by the swimming pond. For the children, we have ponies, dwarf goats, rabbits, cats, chickens, calves, ducks, and of course our dairy cows, lots of play equipment such as a giant trampoline, swings, slides, go-karts, a dino car, a play barn, and a games room. Toddler equipment is available, including cots, high chairs, and much more.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail passes by our house and we are only a few minutes away from the world-famous ice stadium.
Inzell offers its guests a rich program of activities, including an indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, forest adventure trail, moor adventure trail, soccer golf, many well-maintained hiking trails, alpine and mountain hikes, 35 km of well-maintained cross-country ski trails, and much more.

We offer our guests the Chiemgau Card free of charge, which includes the following free services: Hochfelln cable car, Unternberg chairlift, Hochschwarzeck chairlift, Jennerbahn Berchtesgaden, 2 indoor swimming pools, outdoor swimming pools, mini golf, tennis, library, many museums, soccer golf, taster golf, tire slide, Inzeller ski lifts, snow tubing track, and ice rink, as well as regional transport in Upper Bavaria between Chiemsee and Berchtesgaden.

For 3 or 4 people, we have a second bedroom outside the enclosed living unit.
