The accommodation prices include all additional costs, including final cleaning.

We do not offer breakfast or bread roll service, but our two fully equipped kitchens make it easy for you to conjure up your
own personal favorite start to the day.
Visitors are not permitted in the vacation apartments or at the bathing area in order to ensure privacy and peace and quiet for all guests. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your consideration.
Cancellations are always annoyingfor everyone involved!
If you cancel a booking, we charge 80% of the rental price if it is no longer possible to rent the property to someone else.
The village of Ambach, nestled in a beautiful landscape on the "sunny side" of Lake Starnberg, offers attractive excursion destinations and cultural sights, all wrapped up in Upper Bavarian hospitality.
Here you can really enjoy your vacation, get in touch with nature, and experience Upper Bavaria and its Alpine foothills.
We offer peace and relaxation all year round for families and individual travelers alike.
The farm also has an old fishing right on Lake Starnberg. This gives us the opportunity to actively engage in commercial fishing. The catch goes to local restaurants and is also offered seasonally as fresh and smoked fish. Upon request, our guests have the opportunity to go out on the lake – a special experience for young and old alike.
Our two vacation apartments are furnished to a high standard with all the modern conveniences you would expect on vacation.
Both apartments are located on the second floor and have a southwest-facing balcony with a view of the lake and the Alps. The non-smoking living spaces each offer approximately 40 m² of floor space and are ideal for two people. Families often use both apartments together for their vacation.
The carpenter-built kitchens offer every comfort with a dishwasher, induction hob with oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer.
Baby equipment is available for our younger guests on request and as needed.
Your bicycles can be stored in a lockable garden shed. A charging station for bicycle batteries and a small lockable locker are also available. A SUP board can be borrowed on request.
For hygienic reasons and out of consideration for future guests, pets are not allowed.
A special highlight for our guests is the use of the private beach with sun loungers, seating areas, and a jetty. Whether swimming, cycling, hiking, or just relaxingit's the perfect place to unwind.
The "cosmopolitan city with a heart" – Munich – can be reached in 30 minutes by car, and Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the northern Alpine chain are also only about 60 km away.
A dreamlike landscape on Lake Starnberg, attractive excursion destinations, and a variety of leisure activities await you in our beautiful Alpine foothills.
