Herzlich willkommen bei uns!
Hinter unserem Ferienhof stehen wir: Miriam und Stefan, unsere drei Kinder sowie Stefans Eltern Uschi und Edmund. Gemeinsam kümmern wir uns mit viel Freude und Herzblut um unsere Gäste und unseren Hof mit all seinen Tieren. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen und Ihren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen können.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Later arrivals are possible by prior arrangement.
Check-out is requested by 9:30 AM at the latest.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is due within 5 days of booking.
The remaining balance is payable on the day before departure, either in cash or by debit card (EC card). Credit cards are not accepted.

Short-Notice Bookings
For bookings made less than 3 days before arrival, payment is due on-site in cash or by debit card (EC card). Credit cards are not accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
For cancellations made later:
Holiday apartments: 90% of the total booking price will be charged.
Guest rooms: 80% of the total booking price will be charged.
No refund will be provided in the event of early departure or no-show.
FURTHER INFORMATION
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Pets are not permitted.
We kindly ask for your understanding that our house is a non-smoking property.
BREAKFAST
In our cosy breakfast and lounge room, we serve a generous breakfast featuring regional products between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM (or by arrangement).
Breakfast is included in the room rate for guests staying in our guest rooms.
Guests staying in our holiday apartments are welcome to book breakfast for an additional charge of:
€16.50 per adult
€9.50 per child

Surrounded by lush green meadows, fresh mountain air, and the stunning panorama of the Nagelfluh mountain range, you will experience the perfect blend of relaxation, nature, and authentic farm life. Our family-run holiday farm has been lovingly managed for three generations and offers the ideal setting for families, couples and anyone looking to escape the demands of everyday life for a while.

There is always something to discover on our working dairy farm. Cows, calves, young cattle, rabbits, and chickens are all part of daily life here. Our younger guests especially enjoy helping to feed the animals, visiting the barn, and experiencing farm life up close.

Our cosy holiday apartments and guest rooms combine rural charm with modern comfort. Bright interiors, thoughtful details, and beautiful countryside views create a welcoming atmosphere where you can truly relax. After an eventful day, unwind on your balcony, in the garden, or in one of our comfortable seating areas.

The peaceful location in Zell makes our farm the perfect starting point for hiking, cycling, and exploring the Oberstaufen area. In winter, you will find perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails, winter hiking paths and ski resorts nearby. With the Oberstaufen PLUS guest card, you can also enjoy a wide range of attractive leisure activities and benefits.

What makes our farm truly special is its warm and welcoming atmosphere. Three generations of the Miller family live and work here together. As your hosts, it is important to us that you feel not just like a guest, but genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive.

Room No. 6 is approximately 28 m² in size and features a double bed for two guests (1.80 m × 2.00 m), as well as a sofa bed suitable for one child or adult. The room is fitted with allergy-friendly vinyl flooring.

The bathroom includes a window, shower and toilet.

From the room and its two covered balconies, you can enjoy views to the southwest and overlook the village center of Zell.

Our approximately 54 m² holiday apartment “Hochgrat” is located on the second floor. It features a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m) for 1–2 guests. In the adjacent living area, there is a large sofa bed (1.60 m × 2.00 m) for additional 1–2 guests.

The open-plan kitchen and living area includes a spacious kitchen with a dining space. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cooking utensils, kettle, coffee machine, dish towels, and cleaning supplies. An ironing board and iron, as well as a baby cot and high chair, are available upon request.

The apartment features allergy-friendly parquet flooring. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

From the covered balcony, you can enjoy views of the farm and surrounding meadows (south-east orientation).

Bed linen and all towels are provided free of charge. A bread roll delivery service, as well as milk and eggs, are available.

Holiday flat Morgensonne mit Balkon

Our approximately 48 m² holiday apartment “Morgensonne” is located on the second floor. It features a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m × 2.00 m) for 1–2 guests. In the adjacent living area, there is a large sofa bed (1.60 m × 2.00 m) for additional 1–2 guests.

The open-plan kitchen and living area includes a spacious kitchen with a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cooking utensils, kettle, coffee machine, dish towels, and cleaning supplies.
