Kleiner Bauernhof mit drei gemütlichen Ferienwohnungen.

Servus, wir sind Monika und Sepp Eberl vom Gozmanhof.
Der Hof ist schon seit Generationen im Familienbesitz.
Die drei Ferienwohnungen vermieten wir mittlerweile seit über 20 Jahren.
Diese wurden immer wieder modernisiert und der Hof verschönert.
Unser Herz gehört den Kamerunschafen, welche wir schon über 20 Jahre züchten und so den Hof im Nebenerwerb bewirtschaften.

Allgemeine Buchungsbedingungen
- Buchungsbestätigung: Nach erfolgter Zusage erhalten Sie eine schriftliche Buchungsbestätigung/Rechnung per E-Mail. Diese bestätigt den verbindlichen Vertrag zwischen Ihnen und dem Vermieter.
- Zahlungsbedingungen: Die Anzahlung von 10% oder vollständige Zahlung erfolgt je nach Vereinbarung innerhalb von 7 Werktagen nach Buchungsbestätigung.
Restzahlungen sind bis spätestens 1 Woche vor Anreise fällig.
- Stornierung: Stornierungen müssen grundsätzlich schriftlich erfolgen.
Ab 6 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt werden 90% der Summe in Rechnung gestellt. Erfolgt keine Anreise und keine Info durch den Gast, sind 100% der Summe zu begleichen.
- Haftung & Schäden: Der Mieter haftet für verursachte Schäden während des Aufenthalts. Bitte behandeln Sie die Wohnung und das Inventar sorgsam.
- Hausregeln: Die Hausordnung ist einzuhalten. Dazu gehören u.a. Ruhezeiten, das Verbot von Haustieren (sofern nicht erlaubt) und das Rauchverbot in der Wohnung.
- Datenverarbeitung: Ihre personenbezogenen Daten werden ausschließlich zur Abwicklung der Buchung verarbeitet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben.

We are a child-friendly farm with a sideline-farm with a lot of different small animals.

Our large playground has a playhouse, slide, cable car and swings and a large trampoline. We have a lot of different vehicles for big and small guests. From bobby cars to bikes, from stilts to pedal go carts.
Parents can relax outdoors lounging while the kids are playing.
In the swimming pond filled with fresh, clear spring water, you can cool off during sunny days and go swimming. It is also ideal for children to play in due to its depth of about 1.10 m.
At any time you will have access to a grill, coal and grill trays. In the old bread oven, upon request, we bake stone oven pizzas if there is good weather.
If you and your children would like to help with feeding our sheeps, you are more than welcome.

We've got a guest house with 3 vacation apartments, non-smoking, with a completely equipped kitchenette:

Vacation apartment nr.1 for four people: 50 sq m, large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, one bathroom and balcony.
Price/day from € 60.00

Vacation apartment nr. 2 for two people: 38 sq m, eat-in kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom.
Price/day from € 30.00

Vacation apartment nr. 3 for six people: 110 sq m, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and terrace. This apartment is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.
Price/day from € 108.00

Bed sheets, towels, dish rags and final cleaning are included in the price!

The large apartment on the ground floor of the house is perfect for large families, groups as well as for the elderly and disabled.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, oven, little storage space for food and drinks and a spacious hall. Two of the bedrooms have 2 single beds ( can be put together ) and one with double bed. In a bedroom also a couch can be pulled out to a sofa bed. One bathroom is handicapped / wheelchair accessible. All doors in the apartment are extra wide. The entrance has a ramp. Private sun terrace with garden furniture and parasol on the patio.
