Wir bewirtschaften unseren familiengeführten Milchviehbetrieb mit rund 60 Kühen und eigener Forstwirtschaft bereits in dritter Generation. Seit 2023 leitet Franz den Hof mit großer Leidenschaft. Fabienne unterstützt ihn neben ihrer Bürotätigkeit, wo immer sie kann – gemeinsam setzen wir uns mit Herzblut für nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und das Wohl unserer Tiere ein.
A binding reservation is made upon receipt of the partial deposit. The deposit amounts to 30% of the total price and must be transferred within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
The remaining balance is payable either in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer before the start of your vacation. Please note that the full amount must be paid by the day of arrival at the latest.

Our spacious vacation apartment on our family-run farm in Münsing is the ideal place for a relaxing family vacation. Here, children and parents can experience authentic country life, plenty of nature, and peaceful surroundings where you can immediately unwind. The farm is located just a few minutes from Lake Starnberg, offering the perfect conditions for a varied vacation between the farm, lake, and mountains.
The apartment is bright, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. Families particularly appreciate the large living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the 20-square-meter balcony facing south and east. Here, parents can enjoy the sunrise while the children discover the day on the farm. The sweeping view over meadows and fields creates a relaxed atmosphere that is often missing in everyday life.
Our farm is now in its third generation and offers children exciting insights into agriculture. Around 60 dairy cows, calves, and our own forestry operations characterize life on the farm. Children can get up close to the animals, ask questions, and learn in a playful way where milk and food come from. At the same time, parents can enjoy the peace and quiet, nature, and family atmosphere of our farmstead.
Sustainability plays a major role for us. We heat with wood chips from our own forestry operations and generate our electricity via a large photovoltaic system. We deliberately chose sustainable materials for the construction and design of the vacation apartment. Most of the wood used comes from our own forestry, and high-quality insulation ensures that the apartment is particularly energy-efficient and offers a pleasant indoor climate. Families not only enjoy their vacation here, but also learn how sustainable agriculture and resource-saving living work.
The location of our farm is ideal for family outings. Lake Starnberg offers numerous opportunities: swimming, pedal boating, electric boating, stand-up paddling, or simply a leisurely day on the shore. Bike paths and walking trails start right outside the front door. Popular destinations such as the St. Koloman Chapel or the Votive Chapel in Berg are within easy reach and offer beautiful views.
For longer trips, the A95 motorway is in the immediate vicinity. This means that families can quickly reach the Alpine foothills and the mountains towards Garmisch – perfect for easy hikes, mountain tours, or a trip into nature. Munich is also only about 30 minutes away and offers a wide range of museums, zoos, culture, and leisure activities for children.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, and the center of Münsing are also within easy reach. This means you can combine a peaceful farm holiday with good infrastructure. The vacation apartment is also suitable for longer stays.
