Prices are plus local visitor's tax Oberstdorf.
Check-in from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm or by arrangement. Check-out until 9:30 am.
Payment: A deposit of 50% is due 4 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 28 days before arrival, the total amount is due immediately. If booking less than 4 days before, cash payment on arrival is possible – card payment is unfortunately not possible.

Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. After that 90% of the total price will be charged. No refund for early departure. We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance.
We are a non-smoking house.
Bread roll service on request: Fresh rolls will be at your door between 7:15 am and 8:00 am.
In summer: Insect screens on all balcony doors and windows.
Dogs – warmly welcome!
Your well-behaved dog is welcome. Price: 10 Euro per night per dog. If the apartment is very dirty, we charge 100 Euro extra for final cleaning.
Please note: Dogs are not allowed in beds or on sofas. Please bring a sofa cover if needed. Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment and always keep him on a leash in the stairwell and on the entire farm area. You will find bags in our garage and 100 m from the farm at the dog bag dispenser. Please dispose of waste in the residual waste bin in the garage.

Our farm is an ideal place for those seeking peace and mountain lovers.
A beautiful paved walking trail starts right outside our door – cleared in winter as well. In good snow conditions a cross-country ski trail runs directly past our farm to Oberstdorf.
We run our farm full-time. Our grassland farm is home to cows, calves and young cattle as well as our farm cat Moritz. Depending on the season our cows graze right in front of the house. They are part of the family, all have names and live in a bright open barn built to organic standards with plenty of fresh air. Our young cattle spend summer from May to September on the alpine pasture.
On request we are happy to show you our farm – quietly and personally by appointment.
Mountain lifts included in summer! We add the free mountain lift ticket to your guest card on arrival. Ride as often as you like Nebelhorn, Fellhorn and Söllereck in Oberstdorf and Kanzelwand, Walmendingerhorn, Ifen, Heuberg and Zaferna in Kleinwalsertal.
Allgäu-Walser-Card included with many free services and discounts.
On request: Many guests ask about our natural home scent. We are happy to show you our small scent corner with natural essential oils – just to smell, no obligation.
