This comfortably furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and features a large south-facing terrace equipped with deck chairs, a patio table and bench, comfortable sun loungers, a hot tub with firewood, and access to a private garden with stunning views of the mountains and meadows. This luxurious vacation apartment has separate bedrooms with a king-size bed or a double bed, with one of the bedrooms offering the option of an additional sleeping space with a bunk bed. Look forward to hand-picked furniture made from natural materials from the Tölzer Land region.

Our Hochsitz chalet apartment offers plenty of space for up to 4 people across 95 square meters. The comfortably furnished apartment extends over two floors and has a spacious south-facing balcony with lounge chairs and a seating area. It has two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed respectively. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings even more. We have used local natural materials such as felt, linen, oak, and clay plaster throughout the living area to create a healthy and natural indoor climate. The spacious living area with its stylish and modern interior and the exceptional private wellness area on the upper floor of the apartment also ensure a special kind of feel-good experience.

We personally selected the many small details in Alpine style for you.
