The first and last names, dates of birth and residential addresses of all persons are required for this. A mobile phone number would also be helpful.

Arrival is possible from 3 p.m. or after consultation by telephone.
Departure should be by 9 a.m.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival, after which 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fees.
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required within 7 days of booking.

With the renovation of two holiday apartments in the barn, we offer you all the comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. We offer our guests a unique and authentic experience amidst the historic atmosphere of our listed country estate. We focus on naturalness, hospitality and the preservation of cultural heritage.
The modern 4-star holiday apartments, measuring 87 square metres on the ground floor and 67 square metres on the upper floor, offer you all the comfort you could wish for as a guest.
The ground floor apartment is accessible at ground level and has been checked for accessibility and is suitable for people with walking disabilities. The spacious and bright living and dining area (38 m²) can accommodate up to 5 people.
The holiday apartment on the upper floor is accessed via a wooden staircase with a gallery. This is not barrier-free. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The newly built garden shed offers guests space to safely store their bicycles or skis. A newly built carport completes the amenities for guests.
We are open to e-mobility. Two charging stations for electric cars are available. Billing is based on consumption. E-bikes can be charged free of charge. Please bring your own charger.
The Allgäu is not only an excellent cycling region, but also a top e-bike region, with a network of e-charging stations in the mountains and valleys. Cycle up into the mountains and enjoy hearty snacks while you charge your e-bike.

The playground equipment and a wide range of children's vehicles are waiting to be discovered by the kids. About 30 km from Austria, nestled in the foothills of the Alps, lies the village of Lengenwang with about 1,500 inhabitants at 807 m above sea level, offering an ideal place to live and holiday in front of the Alps.
There is a listed 16th-century farmhouse there. In days gone by, the Knestel family carried out the hard work of running the house and farm there. Nowadays, it is no longer used for active farming. The farmhouse is located on the outskirts of Lengenwang in the district of Ried. There are still active farmers in the neighbourhood – with cows in the meadows. The roads leading to the house are mainly used by residents and local farmers.

The striking entrance area features two large old barn doors. A brick wall and feed troughs dating back to 1936 invite you to immerse yourself in the ‘old days’ in the hallway. The large entrance area is also often used as a lounge. Various games, children's books and magazines are available for your use. A table football game provides lots of fun for football fans of all ages.

Enjoy your holiday to the fullest and spend a wonderful time in an environment where you feel at home, enhancing your quality of life. In the Allgäu region, the hilly foothills of the Alps invite you to go on many excursions. An extensive network of cycling and hiking trails (guided tours can be booked locally on request) is available for recreational athletes to enjoy the fresh air and flowering meadows. A variety of lakes invite you to take a dip. The surrounding area offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, climbing forests, playgrounds, alpine pastures, corn mazes, golf courses, mini golf courses, tennis courts, volleyball courts, football pitches, ice rinks, ski and cross-country trails, toboggan runs, museums, cinemas, theatres, the Festspielhaus Füssen, the Fendt tractor factory, carriage rides, and much more.
