The prices include the services of the Königscard.
The Königscard is valid from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
The first and last names, dates of birth and home address of all persons are required. A cell phone number would also be an advantage.
Please provide us with this information with the booking confirmation.
The arrival time is possible from 15:00 or after telephone consultation.
The departure time should be until 09:00 am.
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 3 weeks before arrival, after that 90% of the total price will be charged.
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required within 7 days of booking.

The modern 4-star vacation apartments with 87 m² on the ground floor and 67 m² on the upper floor offer you all the comfort you could wish for as a guest.
The apartment on the ground floor is accessible at ground level and has been tested for accessibility and is partially suitable for people with walking disabilities. The spacious and bright living and dining area (38 m²) offers space for up to 5 people.
The apartment on the upper floor can be reached via a wooden staircase with gallery. This is not barrier-free. The apartment offers space for up to 4 people.
The newly built garden shed offers guests space to safely store their bicycles or skis. A newly built carport rounds off the offer for guests.
We are open to e-mobility. Two charging stations for electric cars are available. Billing according to consumption. E-bikes can be charged free of charge. Please bring your own charger.
The Allgäu is not only an excellent cycling region, but also a top eBike region, with a network of e-charging stations in the mountains and valleys. Cycle to mountainous heights and enjoy hearty snacks while you charge your eBike.
The existing play equipment and a wide range of children's vehicles are waiting to be discovered by the children. About 30 km from Austria, nestled in the foothills of the Alps, lies the village of Lengenwang with approx. 1,500 inhabitants at 807 m above sea level and offers an ideal place to live and vacation in front of the Alps.
There is a listed farmhouse from the 16th century. In days gone by, the Knestel family did the hard housework and farm work there. The farm is no longer actively farmed. The farm is located on the outskirts of Lengenwang in the district of Ried. There are still active farmers in the neighborhood - with cows in the meadows. The roads adjacent to the house are mainly used by residents and local farmers.
The striking entrance area is marked by two large old barn doors. A brick wall and feed traps from 1936 invite you to immerse yourself in the “old days” in the hallway. The large entrance area is also used as a lounge. Various games, children's books and magazines are available. A table football is great fun for young and old soccer fans alike.

In the Allgäu, the hilly foothills of the Alps are ideal for many excursions. In the surrounding area there are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, climbing forests, playgrounds, alpine pastures, corn mazes, golf courses, miniature golf courses, tennis courts, volleyball courts, soccer pitches, ice rinks, ski and cross-country slopes, toboggan runs, museums, cinemas, theaters, the Füssen Festival Hall, tractor manufacturer Fendt, horse-drawn carriage rides, etc.
