Wir sind Susanne und Simon Kern und wohnen hier am wunderschönen Ainringer Moos mit unseren drei Kindern.
Außerdem findet ihr bei uns noch Hühner, Hasen und unsere neugierige Katze Lilly.

Quiet location on the outskirts of town, yet central with shopping facilities and nearby restaurants.

Our newly renovated vacation home, which stands on the old foundations of the former Adelstetten moated castle, sleeps 4-6 people and is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each sleeping two people, as well as a sauna and a separate bathroom with shower/toilet. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a guest toilet, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with a balcony.
The beds are made and towels are also included (please bring your own for the sauna).
We are happy to provide a travel cot for children, as well as a stair gate for our youngest guests.

You can barbecue in the garden at any time, or enjoy the peace and quiet in the hammock or on the sun lounger with a view of the Alps.
For the children, we have a swing with a slide to romp around on and a few animals that love to be petted.

Directly from the house, you can take an exciting hike through the Ainringer Moos, where, with a bit of luck, you can see the Bockerlbahn train. The forest floor is also perfect for jogging. Families who are not only looking for peace and relaxation will find the Ainringer outdoor pool almost on their doorstep.
Excursions to Königssee, Chiemsee, or the city of Salzburg (only 15 minutes away) are easily accessible from our location.
