Servus, wir sind Angelika und Stefan und haben den Wagnerhof 2016 übernommen.
Seither haben wir alles renoviert, zum Teil neu gebaut und außenrum alles hergerichtet. Wir führen den Bauernhof im Nebenerwerb. Stefan arbeitet selbständig als Schreiner und Angelika hat einen Blumen-und Geschenkeladen mit großem Pflanzenangebot. Wir befinden uns in der Gemeinde Aying im schönen Münchner Umland.

Price per night from €140. We are a non-smoking establishment! There is a designated smoking area in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
Arrival is possible between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Otherwise, the key can be deposited in a key box by arrangement. Further information will be provided after booking.
Departure is between 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. For stays of less than 4 nights, a one-time cleaning fee of €75.00 is payable.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival in writing, after which the entire travel price is due.
In case of early departure, there is no refund; the entire travel price is due immediately. We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance.
When booking, a deposit of 50% of the travel price must be paid within 3 days via PayPal or bank transfer (date of receipt of payment is decisive). Otherwise, the room may be rented to someone else. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash, via PayPal or EC card upon departure. If the booking is made less than 2 days before the start of the trip, the deposit must be paid in cash, via PayPal or EC card when the keys are handed over. Our holiday apartment is handed over in perfect condition and fully equipped. However, if anything is missing or damage is noticed, this must be reported immediately. The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care.
Our farm is located on the outskirts of Kleinhelfendorf in a quiet yet central location. Here you can enjoy nature and relax.
* We are renting out two newly built and lovingly furnished apartments in a modern country house style from 1 September 2025. We are constantly updating our listing with new, current photos of the apartments.
* We currently have a small herd of Pinzgau suckler cows, which will be expanding in the near future. They are intended for breeding for meat production.
* A few chickens and a cuddly cat are already looking forward to meeting you.
* We obtain wood chips and firewood from our forest to heat our buildings.
* In the farmhouse, I run a flower and gift shop with a large selection of plants.
* Vegetables and herbs from our garden can be purchased in our own shop.
* Numerous excursion possibilities await you
* There are several very good restaurants and beer gardens in the immediate vicinity.
* Various shopping opportunities can also be found in the surrounding area.
* There is a golf course for interested golfers.
We are happy to advise you on excursions, leisure pools, lakes, castles and much more. We are also happy to pass on tried and tested culinary tips to our guests.
Holiday flat Gänseblümchen 1. OG
The Gänseblümchen is located on the 1st floor and measures approx. 70 square metres. It comprises a spacious kitchen-diner with a dining area (attractive corner bench seating), a living area with a pull-out sofa (1.52 x 2.20 metres), a wardrobe and a television. There is also a hallway with a coat rack. One bathroom with shower/WC, bathtub, towel dryer (towels are provided), hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with double bed (box spring bed 2x2m – can also be separated) and wardrobe. Each holiday apartment has a balcony with seating, and the garden is available for sitting and barbecuing.
Holiday flat Vergißmeinnicht DG
The Vergißmeinnicht is located in the attic with 2 dormer windows and approx. 70 square metres of floor space. It comprises 1 kitchen-diner with dining area, a living area with a pull-out sofa (1.35 x 2 metres) and 1 television. 1 hallway with coat rack. One bathroom with shower/WC, towel dryer (towels are provided), hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with double bed (box spring bed 2 x 2 m – can also be separated), wardrobe and reading corner. Each holiday apartment has a balcony with seating, and the garden is available for sitting and barbecuing.
