The location offers not only a wonderful view of the mountains, but also of the Kochelsee and the surrounding green meadows, fields and species-rich moors.\nThe newly converted vacation apartment is on the top floor of our farmhouse. With just under 130 m\u00b2 of living space, the apartment is large enough for a relaxing family vacation. In addition to a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, the apartment also has two separate bedrooms. In addition to our 4 beds, two folding beds and a baby crib can be provided if required. A large living-dining area is available for cozy get-togethers. You can enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony.\nA cozy caf\u00e9 for a delicious breakfast or a piece of cake is only a five-minute walk from our vacation apartment.\n\nHighlights of the surrounding area\nOur region offers a wide range of varied excursion destinations. The Blue Land is ideal for anyone looking for peace and relaxation, but also for those who want to explore nature and the surrounding area. It offers numerous lakes, such as the Kochelsee, Staffelsee, Riegsee or Walchensee, which are in close proximity to us. The nearest lakeshore is just a ten-minute drive away and is ideal for swimming, stand-up paddling or pedal boating. Our surroundings are also popular for their cycling and hiking trails.
