The prices do not include the local tourist tax in Oberstdorf.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or by arrangement.
Departure is by 9:30 a.m.
Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival, after which 90% of the total price will be charged as cancellation costs.

Dogs:
All well-behaved dogs are welcome in the holiday apartment.
To ensure that this continues to be the case, sofas, beds and chairs are taboo.
We also kindly ask you not to leave your dog alone and to always keep your dog on a leash in the stairwell or throughout the yard!
You are welcome to dispose of your dog's waste in the garbage can (garage). (You can find the bags provided for this purpose in our garage or there is a dog bag dispenser 100 meters from the farm)!
Price per night / 10 euros per dog (plus + plus 20 euros dog final cleaning to the existing final cleaning amount!)

If you wish, you can have fresh bread rolls delivered directly to your door in the morning between 7:15 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
In summer: insect protection on all balcony doors and windows.

Our farm is an ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet and mountain lovers.
A beautiful hiking and walking trail starts right outside our front door.
If the snow conditions are good, a cross-country ski run runs along our farm to Oberstdorf.
We cultivate meadows and fields full-time on our farm. Cows, calves and young cattle as well as the farm cat "Moritz" live on our grassland farm.
Depending on the season, our cows graze directly in front of the farm.
Our animals are family and the cows all have their own names. They live in a nice, bright playpen (built according to organic guidelines) and are allowed to go outside as often as possible. Our young cattle spend the summer between May and September on the alp.
A guided stable tour for young and old is possible on request.

Cable car tickets included!
During the entire summer holiday season, we can book the ticket for the open cable cars in Oberstdorf and Kleinwalsertal onto your guest card free of charge upon arrival. You can use the following mountain railways as often as you like:
Nebelhornbahn, Fellhornbahn and Söllereckbahn in Oberstdorf, as well as the Kanzelwandbahn, Walmendingerhornbahn, Ifen, Heubergarena and Zafernalift in Kleinwalsertal.
