The Simssee is about 10 km away and it takes 20 minutes to get to the Chiemsee. Rosenheim with its beautiful old town is about 15 km away, Wasserburg am Inn is 40 km away and the Austrian border with the skiing and hiking areas can be reached in just over half an hour.\u003Cbr\u003E\nOur farm, which is noticeable from afar with its magnificent shutters, lush geraniums in summer and its impressively colored facade, is around 400 years old and, as a former church courtyard, has been in our family for generations.\u003Cbr\u003E\nWhat do our holiday guests particularly love? The isolation and at the same time the proximity to many excursion destinations in the Oberland. We have furnished our holiday apartments so that they suit us: individual, cozy - on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view from the separate balcony towards Frasdorf and Achenm\u00fchle. Brand new from 2024 will be our \u201canti-stress room\u201d according to \u201cTerra Medico\u201d, which we offer in addition to our three holiday apartments: for restful, deep sleep, well-being, regeneration and relaxation. Be sure to try it!\u003Cbr\u003E\nA very special treat is our wonderful breakfast, which you can book individually: with fine, regional products, honey from our uncle's bees, homemade jams and, during the summer months, many products from our garden, the Resi with their green fingers day in and day out cherishes and maintains.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EFarm experiences\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EWe are not a dairy farm - but our boarding cattle feel extremely comfortable on our pastures. We have work to do every day, in the summer the young cattle have to be provided with water or wemove them to another pasture. Of course, children are welcome to help out or ride on the Bulldog whenever we have time - because we are happy to show how real farming works. In addition to the young cattle, we also have two funny donkeys, Antonia and Anastasia, our two goats Hansi and Biggi, rabbits, chickens and our two cats Seppi and Moni. What do families with children particularly like about us? That it is authentic. While the parents enjoy the view from the garden, the offspring conquer the farm area safely and away from a thoroughfare. Our Advent season is very special, with many regional, small Christmas markets where real delicacies are offered. The beautiful cross-country ski trails in Samerberg delight cross-country skiers, while alpine skiers can reach the Oberaudorf or Sudelfeld ski areas in just over half an hour and, upon their return, enjoy the peace and quiet, away from any tourist hustle and bustle.\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EHighlights in the area\u003C\/p\u003E\n\n\u003Cp\u003EFor us, relaxation starts right from the farm: in summer we recommend a walk to the Samerberg natural swimming pool through the intact Samerberger Filz, a geological relic of the Ice Age. Life forces are activated in the natural water treading facility in the Achen stream - surrounded by an impressive natural backdrop. Hike our local mountain, the Hochries, or explore a variety of routes by bike. The Samerberger hiking bus takes you car-free to the various stations. Experience a mountain fair or the Rossholzen Leonhardi ride - because tradition is still very important to us. Visit the Chiemsee women's and men's island or the salt mine in Berchtesgaden.
