And the typical Bavarian snack of bread, cold cuts and cheese tastes double as good up on the mountain. And when all other tourists or mounaineers go back down to the valley in the evening, you just stay there and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view, the alpenglow ( a reddish glow seen near sunset on the summits of the Alps)  and your comfortable bed on the mountain farm.
